So I graduated (finally! I finished my study in June 2013) on Thursday, May 29, 2014 in Auckland Town Hall. It was so special to be able to graduate – and it was a double honour to be asked to give the graduate speech at the end of the Auckland Open Polytechnic Graduation ceremony. I graduated with a BA with a double major (Library & Information Studies And The Humanities).

For those who wondering, here are the stats 🙂

  • 5 minute speech
  • Given to between 700-800 people
  • Plus any others watching on the live-stream
  • Video up on the Internet afterwards

You can watch the video by clicking on the photo above (couldn’t embed it; long story :D).

Alternatively, you can read my speech on Google Docs here.

Thanks to everyone for all your love and support; it was an amazing experience! It was great to fly the flag for all the Open Polytechnic students (a very hardy, determined & gifted bunch!) and particularly for Christians, homeschoolers & librarians 😀
